Green Tag Requirement for Equipment Relocation or Disposal
Use the flow chart below to determine whether your equipment requires an OEHS Green Tag before it is relocated or disposed of.
Please note: Even if the equipment does NOT require an OEHS tag, always ensure it is properly cleaned and decontaminated (typically wiped down with 70% ethanol or 10% bleach) prior to disposal or moving.
