- Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Contingency Plan for Tulane’s Uptown and Downtown Campuses
- SPCC Plan for TNPRC
- LDEQ Underground Storage Tank Registrations
- EPA/LDEQ Hazardous Waste Generator Classifications for Tulane’s Uptown and Downtown Campuses, TNPRC, and the F. Edward Hebert Research Center
- LDEQ General Sanitary Discharge Permit for the F. Edward Hebert Research Center

Responsible personnel should notify OEHS at least six months prior to conducting the following activities to ensure permits are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Procurement, maintenance, or decomissioning of equipment that generates emissions
- Procurement, maintenance, or decomissioning of equipment that stores oil or chemicals
- Changes to potable water systems and/or wastewater systems
- Installation of grease trap interceptors
- Installation of acid neutralization tanks
