Each year, Tulane recognizes outstanding contributions to the Safety Program. Awards are presented during the 4th Quarter DSR Appreciation Luncheon.
Recognition Award
OEHS chooses one Representative each year for a Recognition Award to celebrate their Consistently Exceptional Contributions to safety at Tulane.
Excellence Awards
In addition, Departmental Safety Representatives are awarded Excellence Awards for going above and beyond in promoting safety in their unit or department. Selections are based on nominations from the Tulane community. See full information on the Excellence Awards webpage. Nomination Forms are currently being accepted for 2026 and are due by the close of business on Friday, October 23rd.
